We want you to love your Poppy Playtime gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Huggy Wuggy or character tags are intact and the garment is unwashed.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
